Zoe Taylor is the Senior Director of Government Affairs for Cicero Action. Previously, Zoe was the Kentucky State Director for Right on Crime. She also worked at the Nolan Center for Justice in Washington, D.C., and other various think tanks in D.C. Taylor was the vice president of the national nonprofit Students for Free Expression and served on their board.

Zoe earned a B.A. in political theory and legal studies from American University.
