Tayler Lonsdale

Tayler Lonsdale is a philanthropist, policy advisor, and full-time mother to four young daughters, which she and Joe are raising in Austin, Texas. In 2016, Tayler co-founded Esper, a cloud-based regulatory policy management software that powers numerous federal, state, and local agencies. Previously she led a software deployment team at Palantir, and from 2010-2013 she supported New Oriental co-founder Bob Xu in establishing Zhen Fund, which has since become one of the most successful early-stage VC’s in China. She graduated from Stanford with degrees in Human Biology (BA) and Management Science and Engineering (MS).
